During this battle-filled journey, the entire crew of the Odysseus died, and only he returned to his family. According to Coming Soon, some sailors were mercilessly eaten by the Cyclops Polyphemus, played by Bill Irwin, while others were killed in attacks during the war. However, the story involves major characters who sacrifice themselves for the great battle.Eliot Page’s soldier Sinon remained in Troy as a decoy set by Odysseus and was attacked by Trojan soldiers. Odysseus needs them to trust him and accept the Trojan within the walls. Additionally, Himesh Patel’s Eurylochus convinces his hungry crew to feast on Helios’ sacred cow – which is certainly not appreciated by Poseidon. The powerful sea god, earthquakes, and horses destroyed the ship in a rage, killing all the sailors.Before Odysseus sets foot on the shores of Ithaca, Ryan Hurst’s mentor and Jovan Adepo’s Elpino dies. After returning to his residence, he met various suitors lining up to marry his wife Penelope. Matt Damon’s Odysseus kills Robert Pattinson’s Antinous and Corey Hawkins’ Polybus in a battle of suitors. Meanwhile, Mia Goss’ Melanthius is executed and Tom Holland kills off Logan Marshall-Green’s Melantheus.
