Promotions for Nitesh Tiwari’s epic Ramayana have officially begun!The Bharat Mandapam event will be held in New Delhi later today and the film’s star cast includes Ranbir Kapoor, Sai Pallavi, sonny del Kunal Kapoor was spotted at the airport on Saturday as he headed to the national capital.Video of the actors arriving at the airport caused a stir on social media, with paparazzi seeing the co-stars gathering at the airport to catch a flight out of the city. Ranbir, who plays Lord Ram, was spotted wearing an all-black tracksuit and sunglasses. The actor made a sweet gesture for the paparazzi by placing his hand on his chest, blowing a kiss and pointing to the sky.In another video, Sai Pallavi, who plays Sita, is seen arriving at the airport in a simple salwar suit and keeping a low profile as she walks out of the airport surrounded by security and her team and heads towards the car.Actor Sunny Deol, who plays Hanuman, also stopped to pose for the shutterbugs before heading to Mumbai airport. Along with him is actor Kunal Kapoor, who reportedly plays the role of Indra Dev. He was seen arriving at the airport in casual attire with a bag slung over his shoulder.According to reports, the actors will head to the Bharat Mandapam at Pragati Maidan, where the makers will host a grand event to mark the official launch of Ramayana’s promotions and will exclusively preview the film’s first trailer ahead of its global digital release on July 24.Producer Namit Malhotra and director Nitesh Tiwari are expected to be present along with several actors including Arun Govil, Ravi Dubey, Shobana, Rakul Preet Singh, Ajinkya Deo and the film’s villain Yash.The grand launch, billed as one of the biggest film events in Indian cinema history with a budget of over Rs 4,000 crore, is expected to give audiences the first in-depth look at the ambitious mythological spectacle ahead of its premiere at Comic-Con next week for the world to feast its eyes on.After the Delhi release, the Ramayana team will fly to San Diego to begin the grand international launch of the film at Comic-Con 2026, with the trailer being showcased to global audiences ahead of its Diwali 2026 release.The team is also reportedly planning to promote their film at TIFF.
