Double Olympic medal Manu Bhaker expressed concern over students protesting against alleged exam paper leaks, saying every child deserved access to education, security and a fair chance in life.In a post on social media, the Indian shooter said the issue goes beyond politics and called for accountability to protect the future of students.“At this point, it is about the life of the future of our nation. It is about us,” wrote Bhaker.“I am a student, and at one point, we were all students. Every child deserves access to education, security and a fair chance at life. These are not privileges – they are fundamental rights.”Referring to the students and children who lost their lives, Bhaker said they deserve a better future.“They were meant to be the future of our country,” he wrote, adding that “their dreams, their potential and their future should be protected.”Bhaker also said that the matter should not be seen through a political lens and urged people to focus on issues that affect everyone.“This is not to promote or oppose any political party. It is about speaking for what really matters – education, the environment, safety and responsibility. These issues affect each of us, regardless of our beliefs,” he said.The Olympic medalist said she was sad to see students facing such circumstances and stressed that they deserve better.“I have immense pride in representing my country. That is why it is deeply heartbreaking to see students suffer like this. We owe more. We owe every child a future where they can learn, grow and dream without fear,” he added.
