TMZ recently reported that the 39-year-old and Kennedy have been together for about 10 years. However, the couple recently parted ways and officially filed for divorce. It can be seen from the reports that the actress filed for divorce on July 8 earlier this month.The report also revealed that Elliott chose to have joint legal and physical custody of their children, Edith, five, and William, three. Another request for spousal support and attorney fees was also filed in court.As of this writing, neither Elliott nor Kennedy have made any public statements about their split.

She shared: “It’s really beautiful, he’s very traditional, getting down on one knee. He wanted a lot of food,” she concluded.
