Union Bank of India has started the online registration process to recruit 395 management positions in different departments. Eligible candidates can apply through the bank’s official website unionbankofindia.bank.in.The application process has begun and the last date to submit online applications is August 10, 2026.

A total of 395 vacancies will be filled through this recruitment drive, including:
- manager: 163 posts
- Senior Manager: 153 posts
- General manager: 52 posts
- Assistant to the General Manager: 20 posts
- Deputy General Manager: 7 posts
Eligibility criteria

Selection process
The selection process will vary based on the position.For positions up to Level III, candidates may be required to participate in an online examination, group discussion (if required) and/or personal interview, depending on the number of applications received.For Level IV, V and VI positions, the selection process may include group discussions, other tests or assessments and/or personal interviews. Banks can also conduct online checks if required.Candidates under the General and Economically Weaker Section (EWS) categories must secure at least 40% marks in each section to qualify. Candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Other Backward Classes (OBC) and Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) categories must secure at least 35% marks, as applicable.The bank also announced that there will be negative marks in online exams. For each incorrect answer, one quarter (25%) of the points assigned to that question will be deducted.
Application fee
The application fee is:
- 1,180 for General, EWS and OBC candidates.
- Rs 177 for SC, ST and PwBD candidates.
Payment can be made through debit card, credit card, net banking, Instant Payment Service (IMPS), cash card, mobile wallet or UPI.Candidates are advised to read the official notification carefully before registering and complete the registration process before the deadline.
