Producer clarifies property dispute
Bandla Ganesh, on the other hand, finds herself in the headlines for a legal dispute involving her family’s property.According to Telugu Gulte, the case involves a 500 square meter property owned by Parameswara Poultry Farm. The land was mortgaged to Union Bank as security for the loan. After the loan is not repaid within the stipulated period, the bank auctions the property to recover the money owed.Ganesh challenged the auction through legal means. However, he failed to obtain relief. After the High Court ruled against him, he approached the Supreme Court, which also refused to intervene and dismissed his petition.

Following the Supreme Court’s ruling, Bandla Ganesh took to X (formerly Twitter) to address speculation surrounding the case.Bandla Ganesh wrote in the post: “The case is only related to a 500 sqm property in Aparna Sinar Valley, Shekpet. Some people mistakenly believe that this case involves all my properties or that I have lost my entire wealth. This is completely wrong. The case is limited to a 500 sqm property in Aparna Sinar Valley, Shekpet.” Union Bank sold the property in 2022 for Rs 851 crore.“
