Ayesha Khan shared the latest update on her Instagram Story, writing: “We’re halfway there.” She also described her resignation as a “good sign.” She celebrated the momentous victory in a long letter, writing: “Now let us hope that the families of the victims will receive adequate compensation, although nothing in this world can compensate for the personal loss.” She also called for accountability for the treatment of peaceful protesters. She urged people not to ignore what she described as unfair FIRs against students, stressing that the issue should not be forgotten.
Ayesha further added, “Let us hope that peaceful protesters are held accountable. These are the young people we all fight for. Let us not forget that these FIRs are unfair.” She concluded her post by writing, “This phase of our country will always be a part of my core memory. We all learned a lot along the way.
