Pascal teased some details about the upcoming film and said his character, Dr. Reed Richards, takes no responsibility for Victor von Doom’s actions. Pedro Pascal teases details about Reed Richards and Doctor Doom’s relationship
Recently, the entire cast of “Avengers: Endgame” and the Marvel production team announced new details about the film at San Diego Comic-Con. Later, while talking to Entertainment Weekly about the film, Pascal revealed some details about the relationship between his character Dr. Reed Richards and Victor von Doom.The actor revealed that he saw their connection through the eyes of his character Richards, who wanted to take no responsibility for the main antagonist and his questionable actions. He added, “Intellectuals understand that we’re all responsible for ourselves.” The actor further added, “The world that we’re in, and the way that I understand it through Reed, at least, is very unique to my relationship with Doom, and I think there’s a big barrier between the background that we have as an audience and the experience of Avengers, and when we have the X-Men sitting on this team, it all ties together in incredible ways.”Pedro Pascal, also known for his roles in The Mandalorian vs. Grogu, The Last of Us, and The Materialist, first appeared in the Marvel Cinematic Universe in Fantastic Four: The First Step, also starring Vanessa Kirby, Joseph Queen, Ebon Moss-Bachrach, and Julia Garner.
