Olivia Wilde has shared a potentially fatal incident on the set of Jon Favreau’s 2011 action western that could have cost her her life. “Walter Goggins saved my life on that movie,” the “Don’t Worry Darlings” filmmaker said, before adding, “He did. I was in a serious horse accident and he saved my life. Daniel Craig, Harrison Ford, and I, with 40 horses behind us, sprinted across the desert at full speed. “As the camera rolled, the horse jumped into a large ditch, causing the actress to lose her balance and be thrown off. “I fell. I hit my head and my back, I’m lying [on the ground]”But, unfortunately, I’m on the other side of this edge of dirt, which means all the horses behind me can’t see me,” she said, keeping her ears to the ground and listening to the horses charging toward her at full force. “It sounded like thunder, like they were coming towards me. I had this idea – this sounds dramatic – but I thought, this will be quick. Like applesauce powder. Get out there,” the “Booksmart” director quipped.

Experienced rider Walton Goggins came to the rescue and protected the actress on the ground. “Walter Goggins saw [me] Wilde went on to talk about the “White Lotus” star, whom she calls “Walter.” When he stood in front, the horses had to split into two sides.She ended the dangerous incident by thanking the “Fallout” star, “People around us were divided into two groups, thinking he had just lost his mind, but he was on the ground protecting my body.
