Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s wedding celebration may not take place entirely at Madison Square Garden after all.After The Associated Press confirmed that Taylor will officially marry her NFL boyfriend Travis this weekend at Madison Square Garden, a new report suggests the wedding and celebrations could take place at two different locations.The couple’s wedding is expected to take place elsewhere on July 3, with a larger celebration reportedly set to take place at Madison Square Garden with around 999 guests, according to TMZ. The report comes after celebrity memorabilia collector Anthony Jabin made comments on TMZ Live where he revealed he received an invitation to the couple’s wedding.“I’m going…I got an invitation,” Jarbin said.When asked what the invitation revealed about the event, Jarbin declined to reveal specific details, but went on to say, “Well, I’m not allowed to reveal it, but it’s not what everyone thought it was. What happened was a little surprising. They didn’t want people to actually know where it was.”While the publication previously reported that the reception would be held at Madison Square Garden, Jarbin confirmed that the ceremony where the couple said “I do” would not take place at the iconic New York venue.Jarbin also revealed that he was personally invited by Swift and revealed their connection. “When I met her, she was at the Super Bowl. She was really sweet and a great person,” he said.Although Jarbin did not confirm whether the wedding would take place elsewhere in New York City, TMZ noted that given the reported event schedule, it seems likely to begin at 4 p.m. ET.Winick Productions, a company that produces red carpet events for the Grammys and Tony Awards as well as movie premieres, has also applied for permission to erect a canopy or tent outside the garden to host events that can accommodate up to 999 people.NYPD Commissioner Jessica Tish declined Wednesday to confirm that Swift and Kelce’s wedding will take place at MSG on Friday, but said her department will provide appropriate resources for each major event over the weekend.“We would be remiss not to mention an event that we were tracking Friday night at Madison Square Garden,” Tisch said. “The NYPD will certainly work out the details, but I won’t be releasing any further details at this time.”A law enforcement official briefed on the security plan told The Associated Press that the wedding will take place on Friday with a smaller rehearsal dinner on Thursday night. The officials spoke on condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to discuss the incidents publicly.
