Dhamaal 4 gets U/A 13+ certificate, zero scene cuts, CBFC calls for 9 edits on gestures and dialogues
“Dhamaal 4” modified two “obscene” gestures and seven words without editing any scenes, and received a U/A 13+ certificate from the CBFC. Directed by Indra Kumar, the film also stars Ajay Devgn, Riteish Deshmukh, Arshad Warsi and a new cast. The film will be released in theaters on July 10.

After ‘Pati Patni Aur Woh’, ‘Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai’ and ‘Welcome to the Jungle’, now it’s the turn of ‘Dhamaal 4’ to test its fortunes at the box office. The makers have ended the review process early.

‘Dhamaal 4’ gets U/A 13+ certificate

According to Bollywood Hungama, central board of film certification (CBFC) has approved ‘Dhamaal 4’ with U/A 13+ certificate but with some changes. Two scenes involving “obscene” gestures were revised and replaced, while “obscene” words in seven other scenes were asked to be changed. It’s worth noting that no scenes were completely deleted from the film. After these cuts, the producers received their censorship certificate on July 2. According to the certificate, the film is 143 minutes long, which is 2 hours and 23 minutes.

The core cast of “Dharma 4” returns

directed by Indra Kumar’s Dharmaal 4 sees the return of the series’ core cast, including Ajay Devgn, Ritual DeshmukhArshad Warsi, Sanjay Mishra and Javed Jaaferi. Joining them are Esha Gupta, Sanjeeda Shaikh, Anjali Anand, Upendra Limaye, Vijay Patekarand Ravi Kishan bring a new face to the popular comedy series.

Dhamaal 4 will be released in cinemas on July 10

The film is directed by Indra Kumar and produced by Ajay Devgn, Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Ashok Thakriya, Indra Kumar, Anand Pandit and Kumar Mangat Pathak. Dhamaal 4 is scheduled to hit theaters on July 10.
