The story of “Blade Runner 2099” is set 50 years after the previous work in the series. It tells the story of a fugitive (not a human escape) in Los Angeles in the future. She puts aside the past and acquires a new identity: Blade Runner. Cora is forced to team up with the clone Alvin to track down the fugitives who are hiding the truth that will destroy the fragile city.“The replicants, they keep taking everything,” Schaeffer says in the trailer, before adding, “How long until we have nothing?
