‘Ramayana’ trailer loses yellow tint
However, the footage has now prompted fans to speculate that producer Namit Malhotra may have subtly altered the visuals after receiving feedback from the film’s first look. Video recorded in theaters has been circulating on social media, with some users claiming that the trailer is now less saturated and looks more natural than the previous yellow version released earlier this year.
Fans react to the new palette
Sharing the video, one user wrote, “#Ramayana They changed the warm yellow color palette.” Another user praised the apparent tweak, commenting: “Thank God they used a yellow warm color palette. It looks more realistic and sophisticated now.”Others praised the producers for being responsive to audience feedback. One social media user posted: “This means they have worked on the feedback and hopefully there will be more changes like this.” Another social media user said, “The first one looks more ambitious but the second one looks more realistic. So I’m happy with the change.”However, not everyone thinks the trailer has been altered. Some users believe the difference in color may just be the result of phone recordings. “Believe me or not, they didn’t change anything in that scene, it looks different because it was recorded on a cell phone,” one comment read.
‘Ramayana’ prepares to release trailer
After releasing the trailer and “Rama First Glimpse,” the team is now gearing up for the release of the trailer on July 24. According to reports, the makers have obtained certification for two trailers, one of which is 4 minutes long and the other is 4 minutes and 15 seconds long.The team will reportedly show the clip to an audience of more than 4,800 people at Comic-Con. The short film will also have its world premiere at the same time.Ramayana is directed by Nitesh Tiwari and stars Ranbir Kapoor as Lord Ram Sai Pallavi Sita and Yash play Ravana. The epic drama also stars Sunny Deol as Hanuman and Ravie Dubey as Lakshman. The film will be released as a two-part epic saga, with the first part scheduled to release on Diwali 2026 and the second part scheduled for Diwali 2027.
