In his latest Instagram post, Elton John enthusiastically celebrated the news that he has been sober for 36 years. The musician was pictured sitting in an outdoor restaurant area holding a wine glass filled with his own brand of non-alcoholic wine and a bottle of the same wine in an ice bucket. Wearing his signature quirky sunglasses and a printed button-down shirt, he smiled widely for the camera. While celebrating the news, he captioned the post: “36 years sober today. Bring 0% glass to life. Be grateful every day. “ He also posted the same photo in the Stories section with his song “I’m Still Standing” playing in the background.
