Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI) has started the admission process for 49 distance and online courses offered by its Center for Distance and Online Education (CDOE) for the academic session 2026-27. Interested candidates can submit their application form through the official admission portal admission.jmi.ac.in. The last date to apply is August 10, 2026.The courses will be offered through Open Distance Learning (ODL) and Online Learning (OL) modes.This year, JMI launched two new online programs: the Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Biological Sciences and the Master of Business Administration (MBA). Admission to these newly launched courses will be based on the candidate’s performance in a qualifying examination followed by an interview.The university will also conduct entrance exams for MBA (ODL) and Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) courses. The entrance exam is expected to be held on August 22, 2026.

JMI CDOE Admission 2026: Selection Process
Admission to most undergraduate, postgraduate, diploma and certificate courses will be based on results in qualifying examinations.However, candidates applying for MBA (ODL) and B.Ed. Courses are compulsory to take the Jamia Millia Islamia campus entrance exam. The specific exam location and time will be indicated on the admission ticket.Candidates selected for admission will receive confirmation on their registered email ID. They will also be informed of the timeline for physical document verification.According to the school, material review and payment will be carried out from August 31 to September 10, 2026. Candidates are requested to complete all admission procedures within the specified time.
