Throughout the film, the team of five get into some serious trouble.Slowly, as the group becomes more connected, groom-to-be Mason starts talking about his love for his fiancée and his devotion to her, making Joe realize that the way he’s treating Jennifer is wrong and that it’s not a big deal for her to settle down after being with him for so long. Throughout the film, Joe realizes little things in his life, including how everyone’s definition of fun changes over time and age, and there’s nothing wrong with that.

The film ends with Joe finally realizing his true potential and worth. Instead of giving his boss another presentation that might be rejected, Joe quits his job and starts his own advertising agency, which he can start from anywhere in the world.
