University of Nagaland invites applications for CUET-UG 2026 for FYUGP Bachelor’s Degree. Honors courses in five science disciplines; applications due July 15

The University of Nagaland has started the admission process for the Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) four-year undergraduate program (FYUGP) for the academic year 2026-27 through CUET-UG 2026. The online application window is open until July 15, 2026, for candidates seeking admission to Honors and Research Honors courses across five science disciplines.Admissions will be conducted by the University’s Multidisciplinary Research Center (MDRC) in the framework of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020. The selection process will be based on the candidates’ CUET-UG 2026 results and Class XII examination results and compliance with the eligibility criteria prescribed by the respective academic departments. Honors and distinctions in research projects in botany, chemistry, mathematics, physics and zoology. According to the university, the curriculum follows the NEP 2020 framework and provides academic specialization and research opportunities to undergraduate students.Admission will be awarded strictly on the basis of merit. Apart from qualifying through CUET-UG 2026, candidates must also meet the academic eligibility requirements prescribed by the concerned department.Admission timetable and required documentsThe online application process begins on July 1, 2026 and will end on July 15, 2026. The University will announce the shortlisted candidates on July 16, 2026.
