The makers of Pluto have unveiled the official trailer of the upcoming Malayalam film, giving viewers a glimpse of the sci-fi comedy filled with humour, fantasy and unexpected adventures. Titled Neeraj MadhavThe film introduces Altaf Salim as an alien visitor. “Pluto,” set to be released on July 30, is a blend of science fiction and comedy.
Neeraj Madhav meets aliens
At the heart of the story is Vicky, played by Neeraj Madhav, whose life takes an unexpected turn after encountering Pluto, an alien who has arrived on Earth from another galaxy. The trailer also hints that the film will balance comedy with emotional moments. It also explores the consequences of an alien visitor arriving in Kerala, similar to what happened in Aamir Khan’s “PK”.
Aju Varghese transformation has become a topic
Apart from Neeraj Madhav and Altaf Salim, the trailer also focuses on Aju Varghese who plays a pivotal role. The supporting cast includes Arsha Baiju, Subin Tarzan, Dinesh Prabhakar, Vineeth Thattil, Nihal Nizam, Zaheer Mohammed, Nimna Fathimi, Sachin, Tushara Pillai and Vipin Atley.
An experienced technical team provides support for the film
“Pluto” is directed by Adithyan Chandrasekhar and written by Niyas Mohammed. The visuals of the film were shot by cinematographer Vishnu Sharma and edited by Sanath Shivaraj. Arcado composed the music, Rakhil served as art director, and Stephy Xavier was responsible for costume design. Whether “Pluto” succeeds in crafting a memorable sci-fi comedy remains to be seen.
