India have suffered a major setback ahead of the ODI series decider against England at Lord’s, with leading paceman Jasprit Bumrah ruled out with a knee injury. Captain Shubman Gill confirmed the news at the toss after England won and elected to bat first.“We should have bowled. Boom is missing due to a knee injury. KL, Prince and Arshdeep came in. We tried to play four seamers. We were in a big position and lost too many wickets,” Gill said during the toss. While Bumrah’s absence is a significant blow for the visitors, KL Rahul returns to the playing XI having missed the last ODI due to illness. India also brought back Prince Yadav and Arshdeep Singh, opting for a four-man pace attack in the winner’s contest.England made one change, with Josh Tongue replacing Saqib Mahmood.
