It features an extremely rare cabochon-cut natural ruby from Madagascar, set on a gold crown-style base and decorated with 40 natural diamonds. The search for the perfect ruby reportedly took nearly three months, as less than 0.1% of rubies are believed to meet this extraordinary quality standard. The ring itself reportedly required more than 256 hours of meticulous craftsmanship and was crafted by 131 skilled hands.This is not the first custom-made jewelry that Aamir has gifted to Gauri. Earlier this year, she was spotted wearing another one-of-a-kind ring featuring a rare Brazilian aquamarine surrounded by 40 natural diamonds, which was also specially commissioned by the actor.Aamir and Gauri’s wedding stood out for its understated charm and deeply personal style.
