Ram Charan He underwent successful surgery on his wrist injury in Coimbatore on Sunday. The actor’s injury worsened while filming his latest sports action drama “Peddi.” According to the latest news, the operation was successful and the actor is currently recovering well.

Earlier this morning, Ram Charan was spotted arriving in Coimbatore for a surgery. The ‘RRR’ star was accompanied by his father Chiranjeevi, mother Surekha and wife Upasana Konidela, India Today reported. His family has been by his side throughout his treatment and recovery.

Reports further indicate that Dr. S. Rajasekaran, director of Ganga Hospital, led the operation. Due to the complexity of the injury, Dr. Alejandro Badia, an internationally renowned wrist specialist from Miami, also joined the medical team.The surgery was performed by Dr. S. Rajasekaran, Dr. Alejandro Badia, Dr. Praveen Bharadwaj and their team of experts. The doctor confirmed that the operation went smoothly and Ram Charan recovered well after the operation.According to a hospital statement, Ram Charan was advised to take adequate rest and follow a structured rehabilitation program before returning to work.Doctors advised him not to engage in any professional activity for several weeks. He will resume filming only after receiving medical clearance.
