Royal Enfield has launched the limited edition Shotgun 650 x Rough Crafts in India at an ex-showroom price of Rs 5.75 lakh. Created in collaboration with motorcycle builders Rough Crafts, this special edition is based on the custom-built ‘Caliber Royale’ that was showcased at EICMA 2025 and later showcased at Motoverse 2025.The motorcycle will be produced in 100 numbered units for global markets, including India, Europe, North America and the Asia-Pacific region. Of these, only 25 motorcycles have been offered in India.Registrations for the limited edition model are open globally from July 15, 2026. Buyers can register through the Royal Enfield App or the brand’s official website before July 30. The sale will be held for a limited time online between July 27 and July 30, with the Indian portion on July 30 at 7 PM IST. The first 25 registered customers in each region will get a chance to buy a motorcycle.

RE Shotgun 650 x Hard Craft: What’s New

The special edition receives several cosmetic enhancements on the Shotgun 650 model. It gets Gloss Jet Black and Matt Stealth Black paintwork with a hand-painted Gold Leaf finish and subtle gray accents. A limited edition number is displayed on the fuel tank, while there is also a brass contact badge highlighting the partnership with Rough Crafts.The motorcycle also features black mirrors, leather seats, differently cut alloy wheels and gold inner tubes. Owners will also receive a gold-black dial featuring the Caliber Royale design, by Winston Yeh, the founder of Rough Crafts.Ideally, the lower version remains unchanged. It continues to be powered by the familiar 648cc parallel-twin engine and features the same basic features as the Shotgun 650.
