The actor took to social media to share a behind-the-scenes video of himself strolling around the convention wearing a new blue-gray suit and interacting with unsuspecting fans. Throughout the video, the actor can be seen posing for selfies, appearing in fan videos, and casually socializing with attendees and other Deadpool fans.Sharing the video to the soundtrack of “Time of Your Life,” he wrote this caption: “Fans made Deadpool rise so many years ago. Later that night, Reynolds took the stage at Marvel Studios’ “Avengers: Doomsday” panel in Hall H, joining a panel that included Robert Downey Jr., chris evans, Pedro PascalPaul Rudd, the Russo Brothers and several other actors. The reveal marks Marvel’s first major reveal of the highly anticipated crossover film, which will also bring the X-Men into the Marvel Cinematic Universe.While Marvel has yet to officially confirm whether Reynolds will reprise his role as Wade Wilson in Doomsday, the actor couldn’t help but tease the project’s secrecy and the possibility of him appearing in a special capacity. “I get it. So no extra photography, no overage, maybe a last minute addition…?” he asked.

Reynolds last played Wade Wilson in 2024’s “Deadpool and The Wolverine,” which grossed more than $1.3 billion at the global box office and became the highest-grossing R-rated film.Earlier this year, Reynolds revealed on Today’s Sunday Sitdown Live that he had begun writing his next Deadpool project. He’s since hinted multiple times that he’s developing a different kind of Marvel movie starring Wade Wilson and characters from the X-Men universe.Meanwhile, “Avengers: Doomsday” is expected to be released on December 18.
