The concertgoer, identified as 51-year-old Paul Kueker, fell to his death from the upper level of Madison Square Garden, the New York Post reported. He was watching an indie rock band perform. Authorities are currently investigating the matter to determine what exactly happened.The New York Police Department was called to the scene for an emergency Saturday night while the concert was in progress. A statement from Entertainment Weekly said, “At approximately 9:51 p.m., police received a 911 call seeking an injured male inside 4 Penn Plaza. Upon arrival, officers found a 51-year-old male unconscious and unresponsive with injuries indicating a fall from a height.” He was transported to nearby Bellevue Hospital; however, doctors pronounced him dead. Cook was with his wife at the time of the incident.His mother, Patricia Finelli, told the New York Post, “He was the greatest kid in the world. He would give you the shirt off his back.”He was attending the concert at the Chase Bridge, an elevated seating area added to Madison Square Garden in 2013.
