Bijendra Nath Tiwari, brother of famous Bollywood actor Pankaj TripathiHe was admitted to the hospital with serious injuries after being attacked with a “sharp-edged weapon” in Bihar.Bijendra has been admitted to a Patna hospital for treatment, IANS reported. The agency posted a video of his arrival at the hospital and tweeted: “Bijendra Nath Tiwari was seriously injured in a sharp weapon attack related to an old dispute. He was shifted to Patna for further treatment while police formed a special team and launched raids to arrest the accused.”According to Nabarat Times, the attack took place in Belsund village under the jurisdiction of Madhopur police station. The report said the attackers targeted Tiwari over a “long-running feud”.The report also said that the attackers laid an ambush in the village and “suddenly attacked him with sharp weapons.” The attack left him seriously injured and his family rushed him to Model Sadar Hospital for emergency treatment. According to reports, when administering first aid, doctors described his condition as “extremely critical.”Therefore, the medical team referred him to Patna for advanced medical care. He is currently receiving treatment under the supervision of specialists.Meanwhile, a special police team has been set up to identify and arrest those responsible for the attack.On the work front, Pankaj Tripathi will soon be seen in the much-anticipated theatrical release of Mirzapur: The Movie.
